At this year edition of "CAP Communication Awards" held on 29 January 2015 in Brussels in the presence of Mr. Phil Hogan, European Commissioner for Agriculture and a numerous public, the public prize went to the "Liveable. Austria. The new Rural Development Programme 2020 Lebenswert. Österreich. Die neue Entwicklung Ländliche 2020 'in Austria". 

At the event has been also present Mrs. Otilia Manta, President/CEO, Grupul Roman pentru Investitii si Consultanta (RGIC) which project was on projects shortlisted nominees. It is a strategic project to support semi-subsistence farms: Consulting for accessing European funds (Measure 141) implemented in 2011 and 2012 by a consortium whose leader was RGIC Consultanta srl. 

Within this strategic project RGIC was consortium leader in the North-West (Bihor, Bistrita Nasaud, Cluj, Maramures, Salaj Satu Mare), Center (Alba, Brasov, Sibiu, Mures, Covasna and Harghita ) and Northeast (Bacau, Botosani, Iasi, Neamt, Suceava and Vaslui). In these regions the coordination and implementation of the project was made by RGIC which provided: project management; relationship management with contracting authorities; coordinate the network of consultants, key experts and non-key experts, coordination of 180 work points established in 18 counties.
