For Ms Otilia Manta, Project manager, the partnerships concluded from the beginning of the project represent a key factor for the success of the project. “The partnerships concluded by ANTREC Romania with the main local and regional actors from both the public and private sectors involved in the rural tourism or human resources development, are extremely useful for an ongoing extensive project such as ours, aiming at long terms results. Good communication and good collaboration between partners contribute to the fulfillment of the project’s objectives and to its long term sustainability after implementation because an interregional network of institutions is created, contributing at the increase in quality of professional competences"
