Tuesday, December 13, 2011, at Davidoff Guest House in Băile Felix, Bihor County, took place the graduation examination for unemployed in the training course for maids. The training was held between 03.10.2011-12.12.2011 is part of the program for vocational training within the project “Human resource, a valuable investment in the Romanian rural tourism!” (ID 36694) Invest in people! implemented by RGIC Consultanta SRL as beneficiary.
The project is co-financed through the European Social Fund, within the European Social Fund in the Sectoral Operational Program Human Resources Development 2007-2013, which will unfold until 2012.
The qualification training for maids was attended by 39 unemployed people from the North West region and was organized by the partners in the project Asociatia de Turism Apuseni (ATA) – trainer and Asociatia Nationala de Turism Rural, Ecologic si Cultural (ANTREC) Bihor – regional coordinator.
The trainings are the most important part of the project, its objective being to increase competences and employment capacity of people from the rural environment, by facilitating access to integrated programs for vocational training in non-agricultural occupations requested by the labor market.
By the end of the project, 830 people from rural areas will benefit from these trainings, which were selected from a target group of 2030 people.
The trainings are structured into two categories: improvement trainings for managers and employees from the rural tourism field and vocational trainings and requalification for unemployed, job seekers and people employed in subsistence agriculture from the rural environment.
