SC RGIC Consultanţă SRL together with the partners within the strategic project "Human resource, a valuable investment in the Romanian rural tourism" (ID 36694) organized a study visit in Greece, March 15-19 2010, in order to ensure a transfer of experience and good practices in the field of durable development of human resources in rural tourism.
Following this visit, the goals were reached, such as: gathering on spot information, through actual visits, knowledge of successful experiences in rural tourism and concluding partnerships with similar organizations / group of organizations from Greece.
The delegation which travelled to Greece was made of representatives of all the national partners involved in the implementation of the project „Human resource, a valuable investment in the Romanian rural tourism”. RGIC CONSULTANTA SRL, ANTREC National and its regional structures (Antrec Bihor, Antrec Caraş Severin, Antrec Braşov, Antrec Neamţ), Asociaţia de Turism Apuseni, SC Formare Managerială în Turism (FMT), Cardinal Jobs, SC Euro Link Consultants SRL.
The transnational partners within the projects – GNTO (Greece National Tourism Organization) and ANCE (Athens Network of Collaborating Experts) were the hosts of the Romanian delegation.
Ms. Otilia Manta, Project manager, appreciates that the study visit in Greece was a real success, managing to "highlight the good practices in the rural tourism sector and to provide, in the same time, the transfer of know-how and experience from the main actors from the Greek rural tourism to those who activate in the Romanian rural tourism. Also, I would like to underline the importance of concluding several partnerships with organizations, group of organizations from Greece, aspect which offers an excellent opportunity for a better mutual understanding!"
