SC RGIC Consultanta SRL together with the partners within the strategic project "Human resource, a valuable investment in the Romanian rural tourism" (ID 36694) is organizing a study visit in Greece, from March 15 until March 19, 2010, for transfer of experience and good practices in the sustainable development of human resources from rural tourism. The objectives of this action are to collect information on site, through actual visits, knowledge of successful experiences from rural tourism, as well as concluding a partnership with a similar organization / group of organizations from Greece.

The delegation that is moving to Greece is made of representatives of all the national partners implicated in the implementation of the project "Human resource, a valuable investments in the Romanian rural tourism": RGIC Consultanta SRL, ANTREC national and its regional structures (Antrec Bihor, Antrec caras Severin, Antrec Brasov, Antrec Neamt), Asociatia deTurism Apuseni, SC Formare Manageriala In Turism (FMT), cardinal Jobs, SC Eurolink consultants SRL. 

The hosts for the Romanian delegation were the transnational partners within the project – GNTO (Greek National Tourism Organization) and ANCE (Athens Network of Collaborating Experts).

The study visit is part of Activity A7: "Development of transnational partnership for exchange and integration of good practices in the development of rural tourism, in the perspective of rural economic diversification, promotion of equal opportunities, environment and cultural heritage protection in rural area", activity within the Component 1 – “Activities with transversal character, necessary to prepare the implementation framework of actions which relate directly to working with the target group” of the Project "Human resource, a valuable investment in the Romanian rural tourism" (ID 36694).
