RGIC Consultanta together with the partners within the strategic project "Human resource, a valuable investment in the Romanian rural tourism" (ID 36694), organized February 4-5 2010, at Craiasa Muntilor Complex in Moieciu de Sus, the workshop for transfer of experience with the theme: "Sustainable development of human resources in rural tourism".

The workshop unfolded within Activity A7 - "Development of transnational partnership for exchange and integration of good practices in the development of rural tourism, regarding the diversification of rural economy, promotion of equal opportunities, protection of environment and cultural heritage in the rural area", an activity which is part of Component 1 - "Activities with transversal character, necessary for the preparation of the implementation frame of the actions which directly concern the target group" of the project "Human resource, a valuable investment in the Romanian rural tourism" (ID 36694). The goal of this workshop was to provide transfer of good practices and successful experiences from Greece, in the field of sustainable development of human resources in rural tourism. The workshop was conducted in four work groups and reached several themes:
- the identification of some elements which sit at the basis of the configuration of the awareness event for general public regarding the mitigation of impact of the development of rural tourism on the environment; 
- discussing the goal of the activity, identification and establishing other useful types of services which could be provided by this network for: the business environment in rural tourism (employers), employees in the Romanian rural tourism, the unemployed (people seeking a job, people occupied in subsistence agriculture); 
- the development of questionnaire proposals / forms which vise the necessary data to be collected for the elaboration of studies / research; 
- perfecting future activity starting from the experience of transnational partners and on the basis of applying good practices. 

Also, within the workshop a professional tour was taken, thus proving to be a good opportunity to show those present what rural tourism represent in Moieciu de Sus, by visiting two boarding houses. At the end of the workshop, Mrs. Otilia Manta, project manager handed all participants a "Certificate of participation" which certifies the attendance to the "Workshop for transfer of experience: sustainable development of human resources in rural tourism".

The workshop was attended by representatives of all partners, national and transnational, involved in the implementation of the project "Human resource, a valuable investment in the Romanian rural tourism": national partners - RGIC Consultanta, ANTREC Romania and its regional structures (Antrec Bihor, Antrec Caras Severin, Antrec Brasov and Antrec Neamt), Asociatia de Turism Apuseni, SC Formare Manageriala in Turism (FMT), Cardinal Jobs, SC Eurolink Consultants SRL and transnational partners - EOT (Greek National Tourism Organization) and ANCE (Athens Network of Collaborating Experts).
