Israeli Institute for Export and International Cooperation together with Grupul Roman pentru Investitii si Consultanta (RGIC) and the Commercial Office of the Israeli Embassy in Bucharest organized between 11- 17 of January 2010 the visit to the AgroMashov international exhibition, which took place in Tel Aviv, Israel.

 This year’s edition was to show the latest technologies in agriculture. In the romanian delegation were farmers and representatives of companies with activities in agriculture that, in addition to visiting the exhibition, participated in professional tours to present Israeli technology in greenhouses and irigation. Were visited the greenhouses for vegetables of Azrom Greenhouses in Sa’ad kibutz and production units for irrigation equipment, made by NaanDanJain, in Naan kibutz. 

During the exhibition were held meetings with representatives of Israeli companies in the Shavit Romania Program, held in the presence of Mr Yitzhak Kiriati, Manager of Agrotechnology, Water and Environment Department in the Israeli Institute for Export and International Cooperation and Mr Bogdan Guta, Marketing and Communication Manager, RGIC Consultanta. 

The presence of a delegation of Romanian businessmen and farmers to Expo AgroMashov 2010 is still an important event organized in Romania Shavit Program, after the visit of an impressive Romanian delegation at the AgriTech Exhibition (Tel Aviv), in May, 2009, after the events of presentation of Israeli Technology in greenhouses and irrigation, organized in Romania by RGIC Consultanta, after the Israeli - Romanian business Forum developed in Indagra Fram 2009 Exhibition, in Bucharest , October 2009 and, also, after the participation in November 2009 of a Romanian delegation to the Expo Watec, Tel Aviv, event that occasioned meetings with the representatives of companies submitted in the Shavit Program in the presence of Mrs Otilia MANTA, President/CEO of Grupul Roman pentru Investitii si Consultanta (RGIC) and Mr Yitzhak Kiriati, Manager of Agrotechnology, Water and Environment Department in the Israeli Institute for Export and International Cooperation. 

According to Mrs Otilia MANTA, this event, recently developed in Tel Aviv, continues the series of events in the strategic program Shavit Romania, a program of collaboration and partnership between Israeli companies in agriculture and rural development and Romanian farmers.
